There are no prerequisite requirements for the Women’s Innovation Lab. The virtual program is open to women worldwide, and you don’t have to be part of the Georgia Tech community to for register the program.
The Women’s Innovation Lab is ideal for women who want to explore the tenets of entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship, including:
- Women in innovation groups, strategy groups, product innovation, research and development, business transformation groups, or management consulting
- Women who have a concept for a startup or work project they want to explore more
- Women founders with new ideas or businesses
- Women founders of small to mid-size businesses with a new concept or idea they want to implement to their business
No. The Women’s Innovation Lab is an open-enrollment certificate program that does not result in Georgia Tech course credits.
The accelerated program includes eight sessions over four days, with synchronous sessions in the morning and assignments in the afternoon. To learn more about each session and the covered topics, see the course curriculum outline.
The Women’s Innovation Lab seeks to empower and teach students how to access more equity and navigate the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Through lean start-up method models, career coaches, and interactions with other female entrepreneurs, students can develop their business idea or business in an inclusive environment while learning actionable skills to scale their business.
