Brad Kairdolf

Dr. Kairdolf is CEO of DiagNano, Inc. and is a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Emory University. DiagNano is an early stage biotechnology company specializing in quantitative diagnostic technologies for the clinical market. He has authored numerous publications and patents in the field of nanotechnology for life science and medical applications, and has expertise in nano- and microtechnologies, optical imaging, and quantitative diagnostics.

Dr. Kairdolf received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from Louisiana StateUniversity and has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech and Emory University. He isalso a 2008 graduate of the Georgia Tech TI:GER program, where his team won awards at a number ofbusiness plan competitions, including NanoNexus, Innovation-2-Product (I2P) in Austin, TX, and theGeorgia Tech Business Plan Competition. The team was also featured on CNNMoney.com for the RiceBusiness Plan Competition. In addition, Dr. Kairdolf is a member of the American Chemical Society andTau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
