Early Career Leadership Forum

Founded by the interdisciplinary Institute for Leadership and Social Impact, the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research,  and the Office of the Provost in 2011, the Annual Early Career Leadership Workshop (formerly Celebrating Tenure at Georgia Tech: Enhancing Meaningful Creative Challenges) commends and celebrates professors who have obtained the tenure status.

During the weekend, participants will reflect on their achievements and prepare for the next phase of their career as well as network with GT leaders and each other. Attendees will also be given opportunities to exercise leadership and explore the meaning of success as it pertains to themselves and their career. This workshop is ultimately designed to maximize reflection, community building, and networking.
