A Comparison of Self-Reported Marketing Behaviors Among Polish Entrepreneurs and American Entrepreneurs and Managers

Abstract

Concerns about th ecapabilities of business people in the former communist countries to perform in a market economy motivated this comparative study of the self-reported marketing behaviors of Polish entrepreneurs versus American entrepreneurs and managers. The result revealed that the Polish entrepreneurs were performing marketing at levels comparable to American entrpreneurs.
